How long would it take for my nose to clear up after its been addicted to nasel spray for months?
My nose is ALWAYS stuffy, unless I use nasel spray. Obviously it is, uh, addicted (?) to it. And I know I need to stop using it. But It drives me crazy not being able to breath.
It is called nasal rebound. I don't know, but you could try to google it or look in one of these links..
